PHASE 1 – STATUS: COMPLETE!
Phase 1 of the Building Project is to get a grading permit from the city to allow us to have the “dirt work” done to prepare for the building. This phase was completed in the Fall of 2023. Thank You, Lord!
PHASE 2 – STATUS: FUNDRAISING
Phase 2 of the building project is to put the building “shell” onto the graded area. The building footprint will be approximately 8,000 square feet. Below is a generated image of what the building will look like once this phase is complete.
PHASE 3a – STATUS: PENDING
(Phase 3a will commence upon the successful completion of Phase 2.)
Phase 3a of the Building Project will be the “build-out” of the interior of the building. This will encompass building out the walls to create the floorplan inside the “shell” of Phase 2. See below for the floorplan diagram, as well as an arial shot of the floorplan outlined on-site.
